We launched Strategies to make cross-venue basis, carry, and rate trades effortless. Today, we are taking another step toward that goal with Strategies V3.
V2, launched at the start of the year, expanded the product’s surface area with more strategies, better tracking, and smarter execution. As usage has scaled, speed, precision, and visibility have mattered just as much as access.
Strategies V3 is built with that in mind. This upgrade is less about isolated features and more about tightening the entire trading loop so users can move as quickly as the opportunities themselves.
New Features in Strategies V3
Real-Time Strategy Engine
Strategies V3 is powered by a new API that upgrades how data flows through the platform. Strategy availability, rates, and yields are now more responsive and reflect live market conditions with minimal lag.
This means:
- Opportunities appear faster.
- Rates are more accurate.
- Execution decisions can be made with greater confidence.
In a market where yield can disappear in minutes, stale data is not a small inconvenience. V3 closes that gap.
Capacity: Know the Limits Before You Trade
Each strategy now includes a capacity metric that shows how much liquidity is available before the opportunity changes. Users can see how much capital can be deployed, how scalable a strategy is, and when position size will start to affect returns.
Deeper Strategy Exploration
For traders who want more control and more data, each strategy now has a dedicated trade page with expanded detail, including:
- Historical rate performance.
- A granular breakdown of yield components.
- Better visibility into how the strategy behaves over time.
With deeper analysis, traders can choose their level of involvement with more data behind each decision.
Flashloan Overhaul
V3 also includes an overhaul of our flashloan functionality to improve both pricing and transparency. Support now includes Titan alongside Jupiter. Users can see exact swap quotes and the expected impact on their trade before execution.
Alongside that, one of the most powerful additions in V3 is live trade simulation. Users can now simulate trades in real time using any token and any position size, even for assets they do not currently hold.
Native Staking Strategies
Strategies V3 introduces native support for staking accounts, unlocking a smoother path to one of the most popular forms of yield.
Previously, staking-based strategies required external setup or were limited to specific venues. Now, if a connected wallet holds stake accounts, users can merge or split them and collateralize them to borrow SOL against their staked positions. You do not need LSTs to borrow anymore.
This removes friction from one of the most common yield strategies and brings it fully on-platform.
DeFi Made Easy
As P0 continues to integrate new venues and expand the strategies available on the platform, we are continuing to reduce the complexity of these trades. Strategies V3 is a step forward: a system where discovery, analysis, and execution are tightly integrated, and where users can operate with much more precision.
